Halloween 2011 - Big Punkin!
We all had a great time on Halloween! The night was filled with fun with family and friends. Allen has two costumes to choose from: a Texas Ranger baseball player or a cowboy. He insisted on being a "punkin." I told him that he'd be the cutest little punkin ever; he said, "no! BIG punkin!" So, he wore the pumpkin pajamas that Gigi got him and was a big punkin. He loved all the pumpkin decorations, especially the real ones that Christian bought (4 big ones outside, and 6 little ones). He had a great time trick-or-treating. He didn't say "trick-or-treat" but had no problem walking up to the house, holding out his pumpkin, and saying "tank you." He wasn't sure what to do with all the treats and decided that some of the candy was "baby balls." He threw them across the floor to play with the cats; the rest of the candy disappeared that night, and he never noticed. After trick-or-treating the little kids stayed in the house to play and the big kids went down the street to the haunted house. Allen had all his cousins (Alyssa, Kayla, Asher, Nathan, and Junior) there plus one of his favorite friends, Annabelle, not to mention his grandparents and aunts and uncles! Baby Junior wore the same outfit Allen wore on his first Halloween in 2009. It was an especially fun night!!
