George W. Bush!

Since Allen and I are at a brand new school this year, we participated in the school dedication with special guest, Former President George W. Bush!!  Such an exciting and memorable event.  President Bush took a tour of the school during which he greeted me and shook my hand.  I thanked him for coming to our school, and he nodded.  The kids gathered to hear his speech and sing the school song for him.  He was gracious and seemed to really enjoy the program and kids.  Mom and Dad got to come as my special guests.  What a wonderful day!
