Allen's Polar Express Day

At Watkins Elementary, they have a "Polar Express Day" the last day of school before Christmas.  All the kids dress in their pajamas, and the principal, Mrs. Speicher, reads the book to the students while the teachers act out the story.  Then PTA delivers hot chocolate to their rooms while they watch the movie, and the day ends with a Christmas party.  It was a great day in kindergarten, and I felt especially blessed to get to witness and be a part of it all.
