Allen's soccer season started off great. We quickly realized that he had kind and committed coaches and fun, talented teammates. None of the boys or families knew each other before we started, but the team ended up being an all-star team. Allen loved "winning" all the games and always kept us updated with the score after each goal. He scored a goal in the first scrimmage and another game later in the season. It was also fun to see Sophie and Jack at the soccer fields even though they were on different teams. Allen loved that Christian was the assistant coach and was always there helping with the game. Christian was intense but encouraging during the games. Juliana and I had fun watching and were often joined by other family who came to watch our little soccer star.
