One Year!

Juliana is one year old today!  A year, 12 months, 52 weeks, 365 days!  In some ways, it seems like it has passed so quickly, but then, on the other hand, it's hard to remember daily life without her.  She is such a blessing to our family, and we all continue to fall in love with her more and more each day.  And while we may not be able to believe she is having her first birthday, she is ready!  She is talking more and more and decided to start walking about a week ago.  She has already greatly improved in a few days time and can walk about 10 steps without falling.  She will put her hands on the ground to steady herself and keep on going.  She also likes to climb!  The most fun she had today was climbing up and down the box that Gigi and Grandad brought her gift in.  She is totally different from Allen, yet they love each other so much!  Juliana has started showing her love with kisses and will also express her jealousy of others hugging or holding Daddy, Mommy, or Allen.  We are getting ready for a big birthday celebration this weekend and are putting off the doc appointment until next week.  Allen said a special prayer for her to be happy.
