Nathan's 2nd Birthday Party

We celebrated Nathan's 2nd birthday on May 26th at Tios Beto and Ana's house. All the kids were having a great time in the kiddie pools, but Allen wanted no part of the water action. They all had fun hitting the pinata and collecting the prizes and, of course, eating cake! Nathan was driving all over the yard in his new car. Allen stuck to playing ball with Daddy and his Tios. It was a fun time to celebrate a fun boy. Allen and Nathan are both very excited that he's two now!

Carlos & Jacky's Wedding 5/5/12

We had a great time at Carlos and Jacky's wedding. Carlos was Christian's roommate before we got married and was a part of our wedding party. We were happy to share in their special day. Allen loved dancing between Mommy and Daddy on the dance floor.

Batman!

Allen takes after his daddy and likes Batman. Here are a few shots from this Spring 2012 of Daddy, Allen, and Batman! (As I was creating this post, I was getting very frustrated trying to figure out the new program of adding pictures. Allen said, "Don't worry Mommy. Just wait, when Daddy gets home, he can fix it." He even patted my back.)

Two and a Half

April 16th is Allen's half birthday, so I thought it would be fun to have a few friends over for a play date. Christian liked the idea and decided to grill faijitas, invite the Baez cousins, and order a cake - it turned into a party before I even realized it (and only moments before I got home from work)! It was the most fun we'd had on a Monday night in a long time! Allen loved playing with Annabelle, Braylon, Cason, Junior, and Nathan! Allen is an absolute delight at this age. We have so much fun together and tresure each adorable moment!
